This week out in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, amateurs from all over the country are fighting for their chance to take the top step of the podium. This week long event is the pinnacle of everything these young hopefuls work for all year. For the past 35 years the former home of the country great Loretta Lynn has been home to this national. The venue was chosen to eliminate the idea of a “home advantage.” With 37 classes of racing ranging from the cobra 50 all the way to the 450s, it is safe to say it is a busy week at the ranch. Only 42 people in each class can punch their ticket to come, and that feat is not taken lightly. This high caliper of racing takes its toll on all involved. O’neal would like to take the time to congratulate all of our amateurs for making it to Lorettas and we wish you all good-luck in the fight!
