O’Neal riders had a great showing at the 47th Annual Mammoth Motocross Race! Mammoth is the oldest continuous running motocross race in the USA. The track has changed a little over the years, but the fun hasn’t!
O’Neal Veteran Doug Dubach got the fun started despite being “qualified” to race the 50+ division, Dubach elected to contest the more competitive 40+ class, where he enjoyed a perfect 1-1 victory. “Dr. D” led the way followed by fellow O’Neal rider Branden Milstead who finished second with a 2-2 score! Greg Pierce rounded out the top 10 in the 40+A Class!
Simi Valley Local Eddie Davis dominated the 50+A class winning all four motos! Between Dubach and Davis, O’Neal was able to take home a victory in all 8 40+&50+ Pro Motos. Also shoutout to Steve Cole and John Caper on strong top 10 finishes in their respective classes.
As the Pro’s made their way into town Nor-Cal Local Kinser Endicott was looking for a strong finish in the 450 Pro class after a violent crash last year leaving him with a torn ACL and months of recovery. Despite being on a borrowed bike and switching brands for the race Kinser was able to battle some of the best in the world to finish an impressive 8th overall. Fellow Nor-Cal Local Garret Ioppolo battled back to a top 15 in the 250 Pro class. Coming up just short on an Overall Victory Zach Bierbower ended up 2nd overall in the 250c class with well over 100 entries the 250c class can be one of the most competitive of the weekend! Congrats to all our O’Neal riders on a strong showing! We’re already looking forward to next year!
